Terms and Conditions



Free delivery (with exception of bulky items) within three working days on all Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland orders over €100.

Orders under €100 will be subject to a handling/shipping charge of €4.99 in the Republic of Iireland and to Northern Ireland.

Please contact us if your delivery is outside of Ireland or is greater than 30 kgs.

Any deliveries placed on a Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched for delivery the following working day.

Any orders placed before 4pm on a Bank Holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.

We aims  to deliver all orders to Ireland within 3  working days.

If your goods do not arrive within 3 working days, please contact us and we will contact the carrier. All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.

We will contact you within 3 working days if we will not be able to deliver the item within this period.

Please supply a delivery address where someone will be there to accept the delivery.

To avoid any delays or confucion with deliveries a contact number for the delivery address must be given.

Selected items may take longer to deliver but will be clearly highlighted on the product information page prior to ordering.

Goods will be delivered between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.




Unsuitable items should be returned unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact, within 14 days to:

All returns must be accompanied by a valid Pitter Patter Receipt or order confirmation number.

Please complete the returns form in your package and return with the goods.

Subject to satisfactory inspection you shall receive a full refund via the original method of payment.


Faulty Items:

If you recieve an item which is faulty or not as described you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail on hello@pitterpatter.ie.  Once we recieve back (to the above address) the item we will then inspect that item.   If the item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

This item will be inspected and if it is confirmed as faulty then we will offer a replacement or a refund & cover the return costs to you.

All returns must be accompanied by a valid Pitter Patter Receipt or order confirmation number.


Click and Collect:

All Click and Collect orders will be available for collection in store 24 hours after the on-line transaction has taken place.  Click and Collect orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be made available for collection the following working day.  Please contact us on 067 31391 regarding any queries in relation to your Click and Collect item.
